Allow 1–2 business days for us to pull your pieces from the shelf, fold and pack them, and hand the parcel to the carrier. The confirmation email with the tracking number goes out the moment it leaves — same timeline for a single washcloth pack or an eight-piece set.

Tracking goes live the moment the carrier scans the parcel, which can take up to 24 hours. If the link is still blank the next morning, that is normal — the box is moving, the scan simply has not caught up with it.
All 50 U.S. states. Parcels heading to Alaska, Hawaii or a rural route sit at the long end of the windows above, occasionally a day past them.
