Returns & Exchanges

You Have 30 Days

Most items can come back within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. We ask that they return unwashed and unused, in the packaging they arrived in. Once a towel has been through a wash cycle it cannot be resold, so that line has to be firm.

Starting the Return

1. Email hello@chakirturkishlinens.com with your order number and what went wrong.
2. We reply with return instructions inside 1–2 business days.
3. Repack the pieces, follow the instructions we sent, and send them on their way.

Getting Your Money Back

The parcel is checked when it reaches us and the refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. Allow 5–7 business days from the day we receive it.

Swapping for Something Else

A different color, the bath sheet instead of the bath towel, the six-piece instead of the three — tell us which and we will set up the exchange, stock permitting.

Arrived Damaged or Faulty

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery. A split hem, a snagged run of loops, a dye mark — we replace it or refund it, and you pay nothing to put it right.
